This site is a repository for articles, information, and analysis related to the Baltimore Police Department, national issues in crime and policing, and more. It is overseen by Justine Barron (@jewstein3000), author of the 2023 book, "They Killed Freddie Gray: The Anatomy of a Police Brutality Cover-Up." Justine investigated the death of Detective Sean Suiter on this site and in a six-part series in the Jewish Journal. She has written for the The Appeal, FAIR Media, Baltimore Beat, Baltimore Fishbowl, Baltimore Brew, Undisclosed Podcast, Miami Herald, Rolling Stone, and NPR-WLRN. She is a 2021 "Best of Baltimore" winner by Baltimore Magazine. She is also a nonprofit consultant, film and TV writer, and award-winning storyteller.
